Thank you for being the only dog friendly coffee shop we could find on the high street! Really good coffee, with friendly service. And even gave our dog a treat too!

A very comfortable branch of Nero's. A good place to settle down if you have some work to do, a book to read, or to chat with friends. Will definitely be back.

Really lovely friendly staff, generous drink sizes and a large seating area at the back. A good selection of fresh pastries and doughnuts. Overall a nice place to go for a sit down coffee!

Lovely food, nice atmosphere. The decorations in the coffee shop gave it feel a cozy feel. The staff are very friendly, would definitely recommend.

I’ve been a Nero goer for 7-8 years and basically won’t touch anywhere else! Despite several staff changes, big upheavals such as covid and and being one of the busiest places during the Christmas period I’ve had amazing experiences every time. Lots of vegan options drink-wise and a good few options when it comes to food. Staff are super friendly and I commend them for often knowing my regular order (this might be why my bank balance isn’t the healthiest because clearly I’m in their far too much!). A few months ago I dropped my drinks tray and scolded myself really badly, the care and follow up from all the staff was perfect and they made me feel less embarrassed despite being so clumsy. Always will be a favourite place to go

I have one pump of cherry syrup in flat white. It’s extensively amazing! Not overwhelming sweet. I’ve been a Nero goer and basically won’t touch anywhere else!
